In the lunar countries of dreams, every night we travel. We roam through the occult immensity of our inner world, but in the morning we forget these fantastic adventures as fantasies. Creative people know better. Kekule discovered there the hexagonal structure of the benzene molecules and initiated the modern Chemistry. Mozart remembered and could wrote the wonderful compositions given by the night. Edison, many times everyday, slept to receive the information he needed.

The shamans find their power in these enigmatic territories. There it is possible to heal the body, the soul, and destiny. And there can be found very much more, there, into us, God's Kingdom is waiting for us, into this microcosm, into the hologram. Physical sensations are very strong, hypnotize us into the limitations of a human body. Our eyes hypnotize us into an exterior, superficial, material vision : into appearances.

We just need a relaxation, to shut our eyes, to find our self in a very much larger world, in the astral world, the fairies world, in the root of the Tree, in our subconscious where the memory of the Universe is hidden.

We can go farther, up to the true spiritual world, up to the sky of the Tree, and fully conscious travel up to the supra conscious. We will go there, we'll dream the powers we have and did not knew, we'll remember and use in our daily life the splendor.

Relaxation

Relaxation makes easy an inner journey. When our muscles are relaxed, we free our self from the physical sensations which hypnotize us in a limited material vision, and our conscience begin to see in another dimension, in a world made of pictures, in the astral world. The subconscious emerges from the depths.

"We choose an at ease position, a relaxed position. A relaxed position. We are becoming conscious of our respiration, inspiring peace, breathing out peace. Inspiring a profound sensation of well being. Breathing out a profound sensation of well being.

Letting the little muscles around our eyes to relax, naturally, easily.
A pleasing sensation of well being is flowing through our forehead, through our nape, relaxing our nape in a suave, profound manner. And this relaxing well being spreads towards the shoulders, which are relaxing, which let go.

The loin is relaxing, relaxing more and more, becoming lighter and lighter, and this relaxing well being is flowing through the whole body, flowing, flowing, relaxing the chest, the abdomen in a pleasing sensation of comfort.

Letting the thighs relax, flowing through the knees. Relaxing the legs, relaxing down to the sole of the feet. Relaxing the arms which let go. Your whole body is permeated by the peace of this violet light,
and your conscience, more and more, awakens.

Imagine, with the whole of our sensibility,
a very nice landscape,
near a waterfall,
listening to this water song,
imagining a vegetal paradise: trees, orchid, lianas, and birds,
listening to the birds' songs,
some birds near, other ones farther.
Feeling this breeze caress your face, your arms, your legs.
Inhaling this smell of forest, this green smell of leaves,
this smell of earth,
and perceive that you are into the natural Temple of Nature,

In the sunlight entering into a state of Light,

feeling a sacred presence hugging your whole body.

Comment

We can feel our harmony with Nature, with the Universe. The Universe is a Temple, the only true one. We imagine the Sun, because the Sun is the symbol of consciousness, and a travel through our subconscious, to be profitable, must be conscious.

With some training, relaxation and induction are obtained without all of this ritual, in a flash of lightning.
