The Arcane 17 of the Tarot shows a girl spilling the content of two jars in a brook. Above stars are shining. Here we have the symbol of Aquarius. Aquarius is a sign of air and governs electromagnetic waves. The water the girl is spilling is not common water, but waves, the waves everything is made of. Waves that come from the stars, that descend from the Infinite to fecundate the Earth.

The material world is divine, but hypnotizes, limits our consciousness. The astral world is divine, but our emotions hypnotize us even more. To recover the free, not conditioned dimension of our consciousness, we need to use the sign of Uranus, the sign of Aquarius: to look from the point of view of the stars. We are the consciousness we are. We are the spectator, not the spectacle.

We are in natural telepathy, even though unconscious, with the World, and in every moment we receive billions of pieces of information coming from Paris, London, New York, Tokyo, from the solar system, from the Galaxy, from the whole Universe. We are in natural telepathy with this immense wealth of information and capacities hidden in our inner world. We do not need to understand everything, we do not need to understand how our liver works, because with a superior intelligence our liver fulfills more than a hundred organic functions extremely complex. Into us there are intelligences that understand and can do.

Then, in practice, we poorly succeed to use these extraordinary powers, first because we do not even suspect that they exist, and also because we were trained to doubt of ourselves. To try to use our telepathy to heal or to augment our income is useless, if in the same time we feel we are unable to heal or to augment our well being. It would be like, in the same time, to step on the accelerator and on the break: we stay where we are. To feel "yes" and "No" is like 1 - 1 = 0.

Conscious of our limitations, we are jailed in our actual state. To change anything is impossible, Alchemy does not exist. But we are not our physical body, nor our emotions, we are the consciousness of these things. Has your consciousness a limit? Where? Remembering that our essence is infinite turns everything possible.

To only act in the material world is a superstition. It would be like only struggle with the consequences. To only act in the astral, to only dream, also is a superstition. We need to act in the Real World, spiritual, astral, material. We need to begin before the beginning, in the spiritual world, to recover our infinite power; we need to continue in the astral world, to resolve the causes; and to materially act.
