Arcane 1, the Magician

This Magician of the Tarot is Mercury, agility, he who speaks very much and thus can lie, the rational intelligence , the curiosity which wants to know, who wants to understand, who observes everything. The charlatan in the fair who does magic, who sells pirate CDs and other merchandises, and or our curiosity, this marvelous emotion of our intelligence.

But also Mercury is the god of Alchemy, yes the Magician able to transmute our destiny. Using the left side of our brain, rational and precise, with curiosity we ask. Our question focus our perception with precision, and thus we use with precision the right side of our brain, perceptive, in direct contact with reality.   We use the totality of our brain power. We use the whole intelligence, the greater power on this planet,

Inner Travel

Delighted of curiosity,
with lightness,
you come in your Inner World,
and already you are in a dense forest
where being lost would be very easy,
if you did not use the god of the paths' power,
Mercury's power.
Thus, with curiosity, you ask:
"What is, now, the best path for me?"
It seems as if the forest were moving,
changing,
and suddenly you are in an other place,
in a place that really is yours,
in full harmony with you
and with the World,
discovering this unique power you are,
this pleasure to be yourself in plenitude.
You ask:
"How can I go there?"
Mercury appears laughing,
and with surprise you discover
that already you are there.
You just have to permit,
you just have to let you be whom you are,
to be you.
And any path you chose,
any path is your path,
your true path.
Anywhere you are where you must be,
in your true place,
in your Place of Power.
