9 of Pentacles, Moon/Earth

The Wicca, and many other traditions, use the Full Moon to enter in contact with the Earth, with the intelligence and the divine power of materialization of our planet. We'll enter in tune with the Divine Dimension of the Moon, calling her with her Egyptian name, Isis and with the Divine Dimension of our planet, the Earth, giving her one of her goddess'name, Abundance:

Inner Travel

 
In a luminous feast, the Sun goes down in the horizon of your inner world. The 
Moon is rising. You are coming in the moonlight Temple, in the Goddess Temple, 
in this Temple made of ethereal light. With the whole of your being you call the 
Goddess, with your song, with your breath, with your dance, calling Ísis. 
Before you the moonlight become dense. Ísis appears, smiling. You can hear her 
breathing, you can admire her beauty, her finesse, her sensibility. Her aura , 
involving you, focuses your vision to Abundance,
the Earth, the Goddess Earth 
who at once reveals, dresses for you a human form. A crown of flowers blends with 
her fine hairs. A white pigeon flies around her, and perches on her shoulder. 
The Temple of moonlight is full of plants and, barefoot, you feel the earth, you 
can feel, hear the vegetable growth, the tranquil flow of the sap, this vegetable 
perfume that pervades the air. You can feel the abundance, the prosperity growing 
in the plants, in the air, in you. The moonlight hugs the Earth and the plants 
grow. The moonlight materializes prosperity and the Goddess Earth gives you a 
delicious fruit. Breathing the perfume, savoring. The Goddess Earth is near you. 
She always is with you. Abundance, prosperity are always with you, you just have 
to perceive, to feel, to allow. Imagine you are in your home, Ísis and 
Abundance near you. You take a pestle, put seeds of corn into. With your right 
hand, turning to the right, you begin to grind the seeds, materializing in a material 
circle of repetition this moonlight of prosperity in you, feeling the moonlight 
of abundance impregnate the seeds, impregnate the matter, materializing. Becoming 
powder, becoming earth, matter. And you put down this powder on the sill of the 
front door of your home, so that more and more The Magic of the Earth could come 
in , abundance.

Comment

The gravitational pull of the Moon attracts the water of the oceans, causing the tides. It also makes the sap go up in the plants. When the Moon is Full all the sap is in the leaves. When the Moon is Dark, the sap is in the root.
